ring a red checkered shirt and the background is white with black writing which links into the colour scheme of the magazine NME. The pull quote from the feature is in large bold white text on top of a bold black background and has been laid out to look like news paper cuttings. The effect of doing this gives the article a very mature theme to it.The pose Lily Allen is quite masculine as she has her hands on her hips as if she is expecting us to do somethi
ng or is telling the reader to read the article as her pose entices the audience to look further into the article about her. There is one large drop cap at the beginning of the article which is an "I". The reason the article has started of with one of these is to show to the reader where the feature starts as a lot of text close together can be confusing and not understanding enough. The font that has been used for the pull quote is quite punky and represents the genre of the magazine quite well however as Lilly Allen is usually seen in dresses and skirts she has had to "punk" her look up a bit so she can feature in the magazine.
